Grounding & Intention Setting

We’ll transition to the “retreat” part of the day with intention setting, focusing on personal aspirations and the path ahead. You’ll set yourself up comfortably on your mat and preferred support (pillows, blankets). Irina will guide you through a breathwork practice to ease your mind and body, inviting a state of serene introspection.

This part of our retreat reflects the thoughtful preparation essential for a meaningful journey, emphasizing safety, openness, and readiness for growth in a peaceful, supportive environment. From this space of a grounded set and setting, you’ll set your intention for the experience to come. Intention setting is a foundational practice in holistic and psychedelic therapy, focusing the mind on desired outcomes to anchor and navigate transformative journeys of personal growth and healing.

Movement & Dose

In a psychedelic experience, this is the point where you would consume your preferred medicine. We’ll be utilizing somatic movement as medicine, with 45-minute yoga guided by Anamargret that flows into physical movement with Elizabeth:

Yoga Flow (45 minutes): Unwind, stretch, and experience the unity of body, breath, and mind through sequences that promote flexibility, peace, and rejuvenation.

Mobility Movement as Medicine (45 minutes): Continue your physical journey with 45 minutes of moving with intention while massaging your joints, and activating your energy and intuition. This somatic practice helps the mind be more focused on feeling the body and less and less on thoughts.

Once we’re done moving, Irina will bring us back to our set and setting with 20 minutes of breathwork and grounding. This holistic approach to movement enables individuals to experience rejuvenation on both physical and mental levels.

Somatic movement is a body-oriented approach that helps address stress and potentially stuck emotions by moving and releasing energy stored in the body. Our nervous system can store energy as a response to trauma, resulting in both physical and emotional/mental tension. The yoga and movement flow allows us to shift the energy, and then we utilize breathwork to feel safe and connected to our body in the set and setting of a safe space with community.

Nourishment & Connection

Savor healthy wraps and snacks from Treesome, the perfect way to nourish your physical body after the experience. Foster connections, share experiences, and reflect on intentions with the group if you choose. This is a time to nourish your body and bond with fellow attendees.

Guests are invited to linger on the property's beach, basking in the glow of the setting sun (sunset time: 7:20PM), reflecting on the day's journey and the connections made.
